Welcome back!

… sometimes, I can’t get enough of JELLO! Why? Because it reminds me of being a kid … no worries, no bills – no problems! It makes me happy! Seriously … I love the texture – especially when its nice and jiggly. I especially like strawberry and sparkling peach. Recently I have been making and eating jello like a maniac.

I even made a video about it in my foodie blog. This is a super easy and fun jello recipe. I’ve had many people tell me that they used to make this when they were little – perhaps now is a good time to reminisce your childhood (at least the oh so happy parts of it – lol). Let’s all make some jello!
