Welcome back!

Here’s a video post about the update since I started using Core Rhythms Workout Video. So far, I am liking this work out – I have been drinking more water and I feel great! (sore but great!) . On the video … I said I was on Day 15 … OOOOPS – I am actually on Day #25 – it seems like I slacked of for 3 weeks – oy!

I am a visual person – so seeing myself on video helps me to really see how I look now and how I have really let myself go. It’s disappointing … but I am hoping that by vlogging about my weight loss journey, my readers can be my accountability partners.
