How much weight can I lose in 3 weeks?

I am just curious … I have an opportunity to meet up with some friends who I have not seen for a looooooong time – well, I guess I should take that back – some of them I’ve seen last year – some more than a year ago and then another one more than twenty years ago. I have three weeks to try to do something to look … well … should I dare to say … “skinnier”. Panic is starting to set in. I am excited to see my friends but worried about comments … well, maybe they won’t say it out loud – maybe they’ll just think it and hopefully my psychic abilities won’t let me hear their thoughts. *sigh*
Ok – so here’s the deal … once I realized that I only had 3 weeks to look better … I started to jump back into my exercise routine with the hopes that I would lose a lot some extra flab. Who am I kidding huh? Well, this I guess is a win-win cause I need to lose some extra baggage to begin with plus – come Mid-May, I am going to Vegas for a highschool reunion. So I guess, this will be a good start for me.
If you have been following my blog, you’ll know last year I attempted to “get-into” an exercise routine. I did good only for a short while and then … I lost interest – life got in the way and not exercising seemed easier. I dug the exercise videos out and started again yesterday with a 35-minute Latin Cardio workout. It felt good after and my body didn’t hurt. Maybe because I have been taking Latin dance lessons for 3 weeks now. My hubby gave that to me as a birthday gift – “dance lessons”. I always wanted to get back into dance. Today I did half an hour of dance exercise. I hope I can keep on doing this and see what kind of change it does to my body.
Will you root for me? I will attempt to blog about exercise and weight loss and hope that by doing so … I feel encouraged to continue on. If I am up to it, I may even add some vlog posts about it. Wish me luck!

So far … I have been exercising more – I love to eat and I don’t think I will deprive myself of food – I may pass out from too much exercise maybe … I hope not!
